ADMISSION INFORMATION

Belcroft University is authorized under Federal Law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.

It is the goal of our University to make the admission process easy and efficient by employing highly qualified admissions personnel knowledgeable in immigration regulations and supportive of the applicants.

Admission Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma from a U.S. high school* or foreign high school; or an equivalent of such Diploma.
  • International F-1 Visa students will be accepted into the PhD in Computer Science program upon meeting visa and financial requirements as well as providing the academic and professional reason for the study at Belcroft University. F-1 students will be fully admitted upon completion and approval by SEVIS of I-20 visa application.

Admission Process

  • All applicants must go through an information interview, either in person, by phone or virtually, complete the required admission documents, and submit the necessary fee(s) stated on the Tuition and Fee Schedule of the Enrollment Agreement.
  • All applicants must complete the Enrollment Agreement and pay the non-refundable enrollment fee.

Tips for Applicants

The best time to start the admission process is:

  • April 1 – July 1 for the Fall semester;
  • Sept. 15 – Nov. 1 for the Spring semester;
  • Dec. 1 – March 1 for the Summer semester.

However, the rolling admission at our university and the use of a continuing method of teaching allow us to accept you into our programs at any time of the year (students may choose to start their classes from any Monday, as long as the university is in session).
